Rocking Ginger Drinks

Equipment

Measuring cups

Bowl

1.5 litre bottle

Ingredients 

1 cup of sugar 

1 and ½ tablespoons of ginger

Juice of one lemon

Yeast ¼ teaspoons

Cold water


Method

1-Lay out ingredients.

2-Add 1 cup of sugar into a mixing bowl.

3-Measure ¼ of a teaspoon of yeast.

4-Add the yeast with the sugar.

5-Add ½ tablespoons of ginger into a different bowl.

6-Juice a whole lemon.

7-Add the juice of the lemon to the ginger. Mix to a slurry

8-Poor ingredients into 1.5 litre bottle.

9-Poor warm water into bottle
10-shake then leave for a couple of days for 5the yeast to activate.
