Rocking Ginger Drinks

Gingerbeer with raro
(Recipe 4)

1.5 litre bottle

 

Ingredients 

1 cup of raro

1 and ½ tablespoons of ginger

Juice of 4 lemon

Yeast ¼ teaspoons

warm  water


 

Method
1-Lay out ingredients.

2-Add 1 cup of sugar into a mixing bowl.

3-Measure ¼ of a teaspoon of yeast.

4-Add the yeast with the sugar.

5-Add 1 an ½ tablespoons of ginger and 1  into a different bowl.

6-Juice a whole lemon.

7-Add the juice of the lemons to the ginger and Raro. Mix to a slurry.  Add to the sugar yeast etc.

8-Poor ingredients into 1.5 litre bottle.

9-Poor warm water into bottle

10-Shake then leave for a couple of days
